  • Are soy candles safe for kids and pets?
    Soy candles produce very little soot and toxins. Our candles are also free from harmful chemicals and synthetic additives. While the wax itself is safe, you should still keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents, and always ensure good ventilation.
  • Can I return the item?
    We offer refund/ exchange of the product only within 14 days of receiving the product. If you’re not satisfied with our product, please email us at inthemoodfor.co@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you :)
  • When will I receive the product?
    Upon receiving an email that your product has been dispatched, please expect to wait for 2-4 working days to receive your goodies!
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver our candles in secured packaging to the US, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, France. If your country is not in the list, please email me at inthemoodfor.co@gmail.com, and I’ll personally sort it out for you.
  • Do you accept bulk or customised order for corporate or events?

FAQ

Take care of your candles.

  1. First burn is important! Burn the candle for a minimum of 3 hours for the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container. Note: Soy candle has a memory thus a fully melted pool will ensure even burn for the next time.

  2. Avoid short burn. For best burning results, we highly recommend that a candle is burned for 2-3 hours in one sitting.

  3. Trim the wick to <0.5cm before you burn the candle.

  4. Keep the candles away from direct sunlight and store at room/cool temperature to prolong the shelf-life.

  5. It is normal to see a lumpy top after burning and cooling, that is a sign of 100% soy wax. Don’t worry, it’s not a defect and does not affect performance!
